Prepare the Surface
Clean the wall surface thoroughly and remove all grease, oil, dust and loose particles. Make sure the surface is dry and free of cracks and leaks.
Pre-wet the Surface
Avoid water stagnation and pre-wet the surface to detect uneven patches by ensuring accurate levelling.
Mix and Apply
Mix 1 kg of JK Cement LevelMaxX Plus with approximately 25% clean water, measuring by weight. For a smooth paste, add a mechanical mixer. Avoid chemicals and external additives.
Levelling Coat
To maintain a thickness of 6-8 mm per coat, apply an even levelling coat on dry surface. Use an aluminium or steel float to ensure smooth and consistent pressure.
Drying Time
Let the surface fully dry for at least 24 hours post-application. Apply 1-2 coats of putty after the surface is fully dry. Gently sand the surface before applying the paint.
