JK MaxX Paints Limited accords the highest priority to the health, safety, and wellbeing of its employees, service providers, visitors, and the communities in which we operate. We are committed to creating a “Safety First” and “Zero Harm” culture across our operations. We are committed to:

• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices, while adopting any additional measures necessary to exceed regulatory expectations.
• Providing a work environment that prevents work-related injury and ill health.
• Implementing a systematic approach to identify workplace hazards and committing to the hierarchy of controls to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks to the lowest achievable level.
• Striving relentlessly toward “Zero Injuries”, “Zero Occupational Illnesses”, and “Zero Incidents of Property Damage” through rigorous safety protocols and behaviour-based safety programs.
• Establishing clear, measurable safety objectives at all levels and ensuring they are reviewed regularly by top management for continued suitability.
• Enhancing OH&S performance systematically through periodic audits, incident analysis (including “near misses”), and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Fostering an inclusive environment by ensuring the active consultation and participation of workers and their representatives in the development, planning, and improvement of the OH&S management system.
• Ensuring that all employees and contractors are informed, educated, and trained to perform their jobs safely.
• Maintaining comprehensive on-site emergency plans and facilities to effectively handle unforeseen exigencies, and extending support to neighbouring industries and communities when
  necessary.

This policy shall be reviewed and updated as necessary to align with evolving regulations and best practices. Any amendments will be communicated to all stakeholders in a timely manner.

Environment Policy (ISO 14001:2015)

JK MaxX Paints Limited promotes environmental protection as a core value across its operations and value chain. We are committed to maintaining a clean, green, and healthy environment by adhering to responsible practices and continuously improving our sustainability and resource conservation efforts. We are committed to:

• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices, while adopting additional measures necessary to exceed environmental and regulatory expectations.
• Optimizing the use of energy and water, including leveraging rainwater harvesting to reduce our ecological footprint.
• Considering environmental impacts at every stage—from raw material acquisition and product design to packaging and end-of-life disposal.
• Establishing clear, measurable environmental objectives and targets that are reviewed regularly by top management.
• Fostering a culture of responsibility by providing regular training to ensure every employee understands their role in achieving environmental goals.
• Systematically enhancing the Environmental Management System to improve overall environmental performance and adapt to climate change challenges.
• Implementing robust pollution prevention practices by reducing emissions, effluents, and waste, and applying the Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse (3R) principle across operations.
