Feng Shui/ Vaastu

Vaastu is a Sanskrit term that means “house” or dwelling place. The principles of Vaastu are based on creating harmony between the five elements in the environment. Vaastu is closely related to nature and the earth’s invisible magnetic field, which is a powerful force that affects human life. By utilizing the benefits, elements, and energy fields of nature, Vaastu aims to make a congenial setting for living and working, promoting enhanced health, wealth, prosperity, and happiness.
Vaastu science primarily deals with natural needs for living, such as weather, winds, light, and the restrictions or passage of these natural sources in the dwelling. Through the art of design, man alters and molds the elements of the natural environment. The world comprises five essential elements known as the Paanchbhootas:

  • Earth (Prithvi)
  • Sky (Aakaash)
  • Air (Vaayu)
  • Fire (Agni)
  • Water (Jala)

Among the nine planets, our planet has life due to the presence of these five elements. Vaastu is a science that serves as a bridge between man and nature. By following Vaastu principles, one can lead a happy and peaceful life.
